I love Brow art 23 at the Wellington Mall! I always have Sarah do my my eyebrows etc. I had her do an eyelash curler service as well and they came out beautifully! She takes her time and has a lot of patience to make sure I look great! I highly recommend going to Sarah over at the Wellington Mall! You would be very pleased for the services she can provide.

I love how Nisha does my eyebrows! She’s super gentle and precise — always leaves them perfectly shaped without irritating my skin. You can tell she has a lot of experience with threading. The place is clean, quick, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Totally recommend her!
