I had just gotten a lift gone wrong (at a different salon) the day before I called Anita, stressed and begging for advice, and after explaining the process needed to fix my lashes, she offered to for free! When I came in, the environment was lovely and calm, and we went through briefly what results I wanted for my lashes. She walked me through each step and worked a miracle because they came out amazing! I'm so so grateful for her patience and compassion, she truly saved the day. Will be telling everyone I know :D

I went to Brows and Lashes Beauty Bar today for my lash appointment and I honestly had such a beautiful experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how calm and relaxing the environment was. The atmosphere is very peaceful, clean and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The whole appointment felt so relaxing — I could actually switch off and enjoy the time. The technician was gentle, professional and took her time to make sure everything was done properly. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and you can really tell they care about their clients and the quality of their work. I absolutely love how my lashes turned out. They look stunning, feel lightweight and comfortable, and exactly how I wanted them. It’s not just about getting lashes done, it’s the whole experience — and this place truly delivers that. I absolutely loved my lash extensions! It was my first time ever getting them done, and I felt amazing afterwards. They looked so natural and didn’t feel heavy at all — nothing like the fake lashes I’ve worn before. I was honestly surprised by how lightweight and easy they were to manage, even more comfortable than I expected. I have been using their services for more than a year now and I have never been disappointed. Anita who is also the owner of the salon is prompt when replying to requests for appointments and values the time of her clients. The salon is always tidy and clean and has a great environment. Anita herself tends to clients and hence the experience is always top notch and no compromises are made on quality of products or services provided by them. Not to forget the prices are very reasonable and she accepts a variety of payment methods. I would recommend the salon to anyone who is looking for a clean and professional salon experience.
