Their massage therapists are really great, especially Tev, who is a master healer. Lovely facilities and amenities. I love the aromatherapy towels and tea. I wish they had a cold room or cold pool, too. That would make it perfect.

From the moment I walked into Burke Williams Pasadena, the atmosphere set the tone — calm, welcoming, and genuinely peaceful. Every detail feels curated for comfort and restoration. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nova, and she was phenomenal. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to create a deeply relaxing experience stood out immediately. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and tailored the session perfectly. Every movement felt intentional and skilled — not rushed or routine — which made the experience both therapeutic and rejuvenating. The facility itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and truly feels like a retreat from the outside world.
