Frequently Asked Questions About butter cut

Is butter cut accepting new clients in London?

Given their consistent 5.0 rating, the demand for butter cut's expertise is naturally high. They generally welcome new clients, though booking in advance is strongly recommended, especially for specialized treatments or during peak times. It’s always best to contact them directly for the most current availability.

What is your policy on late arrivals?

Punctuality ensures that each client receives the full, dedicated attention required for their service without impacting subsequent appointments. While the team understands unforeseen circumstances can arise, late arrivals may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling, depending on the delay. They encourage clients to notify them as soon as possible if they anticipate being late to discuss options.

How far in advance should I book for weekends?

For weekend appointments, especially on Saturdays, booking significantly in advance is advisable due to their popularity and the limited availability of their master stylists. Clients often secure these coveted slots several weeks ahead to guarantee their preferred time and specialist. This proactive approach ensures the best chance of accommodating your schedule.

Customer Reviews for butter cut

Laura Z — 5/5 (via Google)

I had such a fantastic experience with Maisie at Butter cut. My curly hair had been feeling really dull and shapeless, and she completely transformed it into a super stylish cut that finally has movement and personality again. Maisie really listened to what I wanted, understood my curl pattern, and absolutely smashed it. Honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a very long time. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result and cannot recommend her enough. Thanks, Maisie x

Crystal Ramone — 5/5 (via Google)

Had the best experience getting my hair cut and a blow out by Tom! I was really appreciative and impressed by the amount of care and time he took to really understand what I wanted and his meticulous attention to detail. I also think it was probably the most relaxing and chill haircut experience I’ve ever had. I’d never realised before just how stressed and overstimulated I usually feel getting a hair cut, to have the opposite of that at butter cut was just a dream!

Maria Kozlova — 5/5 (via Google)

That's it, I've found my fav hair salon. It's a really small cozy space, you spend time 1-1 with your hair dresser and it feels great! You get all of the attention without getting overwhelmed by loud music or other voices. Maisie is wonderful! I'm getting lots of compliments for the haircut she did AND it's super easy to manage. A dream!

Louis Forde — 5/5 (via Google)

Not the biggest person for leaving reviews, but butter cut really deserves a shoutout. Tom is great and most importantly he gives you a great haircut. As someone with curly hair, I've long struggled to find a hairdresser I'm truly happy with. I can safely say I now have.

Caitlin M. Steinke — 5/5 (via Google)

I had a great experience with Tom, who spent time listening to what I was looking for in a new haircut and working with me to make it a reality. He was excellent and I absolutely love the outcome!
