The environment is calm and inviting. I’ve gone to Paxton the two times I’ve gone in for a trim, and I’ve left feeling so good both times! It’s so important to feel comfortable with whoever is doing your hair, and I never felt concern about my hair wellbeing at any point in my appointments!

I got my hair cut by Kailyn, and even though she’s a newbie, she’s clearly a natural. I felt completely comfortable the whole time. Her time management was great, and she cut my hair with ease while keeping the conversation flowing. What I really appreciated was that she wasn’t afraid to ask for my input—what I liked, what I thought would look best, and how I usually style my hair at home. She genuinely wanted to make sure the cut would be easy for me to maintain. She also took the time to show me helpful products and how to use them. Overall, Kailyn did an amazing job. I’d definitely recommend her and will be back!

I’ve been seeing Paxton since she started. She has always done a great job on my hair. She explains each step she takes and also keeps in mind the overall health of my hair. Stacey is excellent! She even took time out of her busy schedule to fit me in for a bang trim, which I truly appreciated. She consistently gives me amazing haircuts and colors my hair in a way that makes me look younger and refreshed every time. I also love that she recommends products that genuinely work. The REF shampoo, conditioner, leave-in serum, and hairspray she suggested are perfect for my fine hair and have made such a difference. I couldn’t be happier with her work and highly recommend her!
