Love this place. Tried the fire & ice session, lasted 1hr. You rotate between the sauna and cold plunge while rinsing off in-between. You get the room to yourself so no judgment. Staff is very nice. You can even hang out after your session is complete. Highly recommend.

Capital Floats is amazing! My daughter treated me to a Mom and daughter day- we did the Fire and Ice(sauna and cold plunge) - it definitely got easier as the hour went on - then we did a 1 hour float… it took me a while to relax and enjoy it - but by the time it was over - I loved it!
