My mom is in a wheelchair which is a real challenge for a lot of places, facilities, and even care givers. The people here were so accommodating and treated my mom with genuine respect. The came around the other side of the counters to do her nails and other requested services. They made her feel welcome and she loves the family togetherness the owners show. You can tell the family there is tight and loving. It's a nice atmosphere and chill. But the respect they show my mom is 5 stars. Her nails look great two. Highly recommended. Great customer service. Kind people.

The staff here are truly exceptional! They are highly skilled, incredibly creative, and offer the most relaxing pedicures. When I first moved to Portland, it took me quite a while to find a shop where I felt comfortable and which consistently delivered outstanding results. This has been my go-to nail salon for over two years, and I’m never leaving.

I have been coming to Capitol Nails for almost a year and the service and creativity is always stellar! Agnes does all of my nail designs and I look forward to my monthly visits! I also brought my 10 year old today and Kemmer did the best kids mani/pedi for her. I’d give them 10 stars if I could, but 100% recommend any of the staff at Capitol Nails!

Agnes absolutely killed it! I am so obsessed with my nails and can’t stop looking at them. I came in looking for flame nails for my wedding that were similar in color to my wife’s pants. Agnes was able to create an awesome color match and suggested cat eye polish so that they would have a shimmery look similar to velvet. They were perfect and made for such cool photos on wedding day! As somebody who works in healthcare it also brought me peace of mind that all of the tools were sterile and came out of autoclave bags. 10/10 experience!
