In my 6 years of trying different salons across Sydney and Melbourne, Monica and her team at Care & Flair have been by far, the absolute best in the business. I am in complete awe of the care, detail, expertise, high quality and VIP experience I received. I called Monica on a Saturday morning seeking a consult for a balayage, where she then squeezed me in during the busiest day to accommodate for my time. My hair is incredibly thick and dark due to my Asian heritage. Monica spent 6+ hours working on my hair, continually refining, and perfecting it which led to the most incredible balayage I’ve ever had. I’ve never seen my hair so lifted, not just on the front but everywhere under my hair. She is super generous with the product, and unlike other salons that may only do a “full balayage” covering the top layers, she covered every single part of my head. The quality and the result is something I’ve never seen before. I couldn’t be happier.
