My first impressions: The general vibe of the establishment is very homey, warm. They gave me an appointment within a few hours notice. Even offered to take my hair out and washed it for me! Candice was the Loctician who done my hair, she explained the whole process including after-care. Candice also took photos and showed me each step of the way to ensure I liked it, (I wanted them quite large), then styled it at the end! Very professional, would definitely recommend. 10/10 Will update as I continue my journey.

My son has started his Locs journey here and nearly 1yr later we are still coming back, attentive friendly staff who always accommodate, great vibe and conversation and extremely quick. You won’t walk away disappointed
