I found Carmen Walker on TikTok and immediately booked with Lucy Kindness. Lucy did exactly what I wanted after showing her reference pictures and it was a lovely experience start to end. Lucy made me feel comfortable and we had lovely conversation. The salon itself is beautiful, all the ladies working were lovely & friendly. I’ve booked again for another cut with Lucy in the coming months, super happy with my results!xx

I had the best experience at Carmen Walker. I am unbelievably happy with my hair which I never thought would be possible! Carmen and I discussed what would be work for a restyle of my hair, she talked me through the options and what would work for my hair texture and face shape. I felt completely relaxed through this process as Carmen was so knowledgable and reassuring. My hair turned out better than I could have ever wished! Thank you so much for making my hair look and feel amazing! I can’t recommend Carmen enough she is amazing at what she does! The whole experience felt so luxury and relaxing. Thank you so much! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was welcomed by the team into the most beautiful salon and greeted by carmen and grace who were super friendly. I had a wash cut and blow dry which was very much needed and grace made me feel like a million dollars ready to celebrate my birthday. They also very kindly presented me with a gift 🎁 which was so thoughtful and made my day! I would highly recommend! My next appointment is already booked in the calendar!

Funny enough I stumbled across this salon on social media preparing for where I were to go once I moved house. My hair colour when I entered the salon was cherry red. In desperate matters I asked Carmen if she could get rid of the red as my civil ceremony was in less than 2 weeks and the salon in London had who I had booked had cancelled! Long story short, I had my consultation, both Grace and Carmen were lovely and informative advising what they would and would not do to my hair as the goal was to maintain its integrity. The first appointment was conducted by Grace for the colour transformation, followed by the lovely Lucy who straightened my hair. I was so happy and relieved that one the colour was gone but also at the hospitality, the warm welcome and the overall vibe of the salon. My follow up appointment was with Carmen and she is as brilliant as ever. She really is passionate about her work and a kind soul. Looking to book my next appointment when I’m back from my mini-moon.
