Dominique Wilson — 5/5 (via Google)
From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for a treat. Julia greeted me with the warmest smile and a genuine kindness that immediately set the tone for my visit. She’s so pleasant to chat with — the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re catching up with an old friend. Then came my massage with Nadia, and wow — she is absolutely impeccable. She has this amazing intuition, knowing exactly where to focus and how much pressure to apply. Every movement felt intentional and restorative. She worked out every bit of tension without ever making it uncomfortable. By the end, I felt lighter, looser, and completely at peace. And then Naomi — she gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. Her touch was gentle yet precise, and she explained each step as she went along, making the experience both relaxing and educational. My skin has never looked or felt better — smooth, hydrated, and glowing. You can tell she’s truly passionate about what she does and takes pride in her work. I left Cenote Spa feeling like a brand-new person — relaxed, refreshed, and cared for in every way. The team there goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Hands down, the best spa experience I’ve ever had. I’ll absolutely be back for more pampering soon!

I absolutely love the Champions Gate location! It’s situated in such a nice area, and the space itself is gorgeous and lively. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I found the prices for the Getaway Package to be very reasonable for the high-quality experience you get. A huge shoutout to Jasmine and Ally, who were both fantastic! Jasmine gave me some great, reasonably priced product recommendations to use at home, and Ally gave a wonderful massage. One of my favorite features here is the steam room—I love starting or ending my treatments there to truly unwind. I always leave feeling completely refreshed and calm. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area!

Fantastic massage by Lauren and very helpful facial by Jasmine. Also treated myself to mani/pedi by Jasmine and she did a great job! The vibes are very serene, prices are reasonable, staff are friendly, services were lovely! I felt very pampered and relaxed. Cant wait to come back.

Enjoyed a massage with Karyna today. Absolutely wonderful! Most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time. She was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to connect with. She made sure all my needs were met. Would absolutely go back again!
Cassandra Gibson — 5/5 (via Google)
From the moment I walked in, I knew I was literally in good hands! Everyone was so welcoming and nice. The ambiance was also relaxing. I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, and was offered a glass of champagne and steam room treatment (included) prior to my massage. I had my own locker to place my things in with a steam room gown to change into. After my 15 minutes in the steam room, I had a robe waiting for me to change into for my 80 minute deep tissue massage. Ally was my masseuse. I can’t rave about her enough! She’s so friendly and an absolute pro at what she does. I added the CBD oil treatment to my massage and it was amazing. (No pressure at all, she simply let me know of additional options and I’m so happy I chose the CBD oil treatment!) Every single person there was super friendly and went out of their way. I can’t wait for my next massage with Ally. Every knot or pain point has been relieved today! I’m so grateful to have found Cenote Day Spa!
