My wife walked in to get an impromptu manicure and pedicure for an event we were invited to. She has visited this salon a couple times before and the service has been mediocre. However, today she went in and was pleasantly treated by the staff. Her only complaint was the horrible attitudes of the other clients that openly and rudely spoke of the salon staff. She was happy with her nails and felt sympathetic for the employees enduring the crass attitude of the entitled women complaining.

I am sharing my review a week later to see how the nails and toes held up. My pedicure nail color is still on with no chip or cracks, and my nails are in really good shape. I normally do not wear nails or get a pedicure because I am rough, but nevertheless, they have held up very well a week after my cruise. The customer service was good. He wanted me to always upgrade to pay more but I didn’t. I wanted to try them out first. I will follow up again when I get a fill. At the end of the day I am a satisfied customer for what I paid.
