Ms. Charlotte was GREAT. Efficient, polite. She was quick and did not take any breaks and answer all my questions. It’s been years since I’ve had braids and didn’t know what I was getting and she took her time to explain. Also she took me in as a walk-in after everyone else couldn’t get it. I have very short hair and she was able to catch it with no problems.

Charlotte is AMAZING! Instantly felt welcomed and we started on time! I got so many compliments on my hair today. The parts are straight and my knot less braids look like my own hair. I got my ends curled and they look so good too! I just can't say thank you enough.

Nadine did an amazing job!! My hair is cut very low into a pixie cut, she did not turn me away stating my hair was too short. She did tell me it would be a lot of work and she was right. She took her time, 7 hours out of her day to make sure my hair was braided properly and neatly. My confidence has been restored! If you are looking for a dedicated braided, she is it!

The compliments just kept coming! I will say this style took way longer then it was supposed to. Sorry ladies, she'll probably never do this style again. Lol. However, the execution was unmatched! I got compliments on the parts, the wrapping, and the neatness. Everything! She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
