I can’t say enough great things about my experience! Lianne was not only incredibly skilled but also took the time to really listen to what I wanted. The result was even better than I imagined—my hair has never looked this good! The attention to detail, the friendly vibe, and the professional touch made the whole appointment a total win. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Alex provided me with a wash and trim. He seems like a nice person, with some 'interesting' views and the conversation was relaxed and flowed nicely whilst he was washing and trimming my hair. The trim itself was underwhelming and whilst I definitely told him to go easy with the trim and cut as little as possible, I'm not sure that he actually even 'dead-ended' my hair properly. The only part that there was a visible difference was my bangs which he really cut too short! I was also surprised at how Alex tried to style my hair in general as I even went into the salon with my hair 'done' nicely so that he could see how I like to wear my hair - parted in the center and straight - and yet he tried to part my hair to the side and give me waves initially. Finally, he didn't dry my hair completely. Overall, thankfully as I had cautioned Alex several times not to go crazy and cut too much, the overall look, in spite of the bangs being too short, was ok. However, I personally think that close to $100 for a trim is excessive! My fault I guess for forgetting to ask the price beforehand. Based on this experience, I likely won't return and whilst I wouldn't say that I don't recommend - I would encourage you to ask the price in advance and keep checking that your instructions are being followed.

I had an amazing experience today at Charm Beauty Lounge in West Palm Beach! Liliana did my haircut, color base, and balayage, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. She is incredibly talented, patient, and detail-oriented. She took the time to explain the process, made sure I was comfortable, and delivered exactly what I wanted. My hair looks fresh, healthy, and beautifully blended — I’m truly in love with the result! Even though Liliana has only been at the salon for a short time, her professionalism and skill absolutely stand out. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who genuinely cares and does amazing work. Also, a special thank you to Alex, who was super kind and attentive throughout my visit. The whole experience was wonderful. I will definitely be coming back! ✨💛✂️

And Judi is a genius with her Russian manicure and pedicure skills - my nails have never looked better! Alex, the owner, keeps me caffeinated with the most delicious coffee - it's the perfect touch!
