It was my first time at Charm Nail Salon and it was Wonderful! I called ahead and asked if they had any availability and told them, I could be there in 30 mins, they agreed. Once, I arrived at the location, my services began; within 5 minutes. I was offered a refreshment and I received a cold bottle of water, they had other options as well. Paul was my stylist, he removed my old gel polish and he helped me select a new color. He made me feel instantly comfortable by making me laugh. He took great care in the services he provided. I got a gel pedicure upgrade and received a lower leg massage. I, also, got a gel manicure and a mini hand massage. The overall experience was fabulous, the place was beautifully maintained and you could tell that each and every worker there cares about you as an individual customer. I was there almost two hours, and it was worthwhile. I wish I could go back again, I was only visiting North Carolina.

This salon has a very customer centric team that provides quality service. They were busy with other customers, but they took us in with a smile. We were offered cold water. The salon was very clean with up to date decor. The team worked together efficiently.
