Renee is the best! She does an amazing job with gel art, natural polish nails and hand massages. She is so sweet, funny and a great listener! I love how Charme is SO lovely with its decor and doesnt smell like a regular nail salon. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Charme on and off since their early days on Pacific Ave. I tend to do my own nails at home but when I want to treat myself, Charme is the only place for me. I know their tools are sanitary, and their polish is high-quality and never ruins my nails. On this visit, I saw Renee. She’s only been doing nails for 6 months, but you’d never guess it. She did a great job and was so patient and easy to talk to. Thanks, Renee, for the great service and to Charme for their continued dedication to raising the bar in the manicure/pedicure experience.

This is my favorite nail salon ever. These are my nails almost 2 weeks later. They never peel off like every other nail place I have gone to. I love that they are by appointment only, that means they don't have to stop and assist new people and they don't answer phones. I have been left to sit in water for 45 minutes once due to over booking at another salon. Don't listen to the Karen, they make it very clear that if you don't show up, you get charged. If you make an appointment and don't come, they just lost money since this isn't a walk in salon. They don't use that cheese grater thing, which just makes your skin more rough, no water so no bacteria lurking behind the jets and they cut your toe nails straight so you don't get an ingrown nail when it grows out. They don't do acrylics so no stinky smells either.They already do all the things I used to tell other salons not to do. At first I was a little skeptical of not having water, since I thought it would take away from the experience but it did not. I was just used to having water, they use warm towels instead. The salon is beautiful too. My only complaint would be that there isn't disabled access so I can't take my mom or grandma here so I am thinking of booking the travel option for them. Once you come here, you won't go anywhere else.

I wanted to love this place so badly! I had such high hopes but unfortunately was a little disappointed. I specifically booked with Martina as I saw on Instagram she’s the owner and wanted to experience her art! However, when I got there I was put with someone else which was a little disappointed. Overall, my mani pedi looks good, except for a few minor flaws that I noticed once getting home. There are raised bumps on many of the nails, the polish is a bit uneven, and they started chipping within two days. I also think I was overcharged by $10 but maybe they upped their prices from the website. Everyone was lovely and I did enjoy the warm neck pillow so I’ll give it another chance, but definitely had super high expectations that weren’t quite met this time!
