So I read the reviews on Google, and thought—“too good to be true, but let me test them out!” Let me tell you!! They’re all real. Mona knocked it out of the park for me! I’m super happy that I finally found a stylist in the DMW to do my hair! I included photos of before and after—and I tried to show “real” pics. Me just waking up, running errands, so you see what it looks like when it’s not dolled up and curled to perfection. (Even though it looks beautiful that way too). I came to Mona with a grown out “Balayage” which was really a badly done over highlighted ombré. I had a harsh horizontal line while it was growing out, and I wasn’t crazy about the color. I told Mona what my concerns were and how I wanted something that looked dimensional and would grow out with a “lived in” look to hide a horizontal line. I showed her a few photos and we discussed the goal. I also wanted some of my dark hair back but have some sort of ashy illumination blended in. Mona added highlights, lowlights, and something on the roots to blend it. She toned it as well. At the end, when I wanted a bit more illumination in my hair, she didn’t hesitate to add more strands of blonde to give me the glow I was looking for. She made it clear she wanted me to have the exact result I was expecting and didn’t rush the process. At the end she was super cute and told me that it’s our first time, so she’s learning me. Now that she knows what I want exactly, everytime will be easier and smoother. She remembers all her clients. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say, I LOVE my hair and I feel better in it! Also, Mona uses high end products. She doesn’t cheap out. I saw olaplex and keratase used when I asked to help the damaged bleached parts. Aside from the amazing job, I have to say, the ambiance made me feel like I was home with my mom and family. Mona is so motherly, and her son is such a gentleman. He works there as well. They had me laughing with conversation and stories. They have Moroccan coffee and tea too! The salon itself is very well decorated and cozy. Everything was sanitized and clean. I’ll definitely be coming back in a few months but I’m here to vouch and say everything you read on the reviews are true! Take it from me, I’m skeptical when I see 5 stars across the board lol. But this one is legit !

I got a butterfly haircut and wolfcut bangs. I absolutely love it! Mona did such an amazing job and styled it so well. I received so many compliment from friends and family. My hair stayed styled for three days and looked gorgeous. Would come back again.

Mona and her team were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They checked in on me when the dye was processing, brought me water, offered snacks, and really made sure I was taken care of! Mona did an incredible job on my hair. I came in with multicolored red and damaged hair and wanted a silky chocolate brown, which is not easy when you’re dealing with reds! She got the color exactly right, and my hair looks so much healthier and smoother now. Such a great experience overall, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out!! I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Mona and her staff to anyone!

oh my goodness! obsessed with my new hair! mona is the absolute best and im more than pleased with how everything came out! i would recommend anyone who wants a balayage or even a hair cut. thank you mona & your wonderful staff!

I have now had two wonderful appointments with Mona, and I am absolutely thrilled with her work! I can't recommend her enough. My first appointment was for a balayage and haircut. Mona is incredibly talented and a true artist. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered professional suggestions that perfectly suited my hair type. The balayage she created is stunning—it's natural-looking, beautifully blended, and I was so happy to discover that it totally hides my grays! The haircut was equally excellent, leaving my hair feeling healthy and vibrant. My second appointment was for a toner application and blowout, and she nailed it again! The toner was the perfect refresh and the style held wonderfully, and her attention to detail and precision are top-tier. She truly goes above and beyond expectations every single time.
