Customer Reviews for Chíc Nail Lounge Bigfork
Nat O'Farrell — 4/5 (via Google)
I debated on leaving a review, but here it is. Like the other person said this vibe is not there. No music just the silence other than a heater running. My wife called earlier the morning on Saturday and asked if we could get 2 pedicures. The lady said yes not a problem. She didn't tell us that only one person was working. So we had to wait for each other. The gentleman working was running behind so we had to wait 30 minutes. By the time he got to me he had to change the water 3 times because it would get ice cold. We got there at 1250 and didn't leave until 245. I don't believe they serve cocktails like the sign on the front says. We never got offered anything. The chairs are made for someone 8 feet tall. And the cup holders are filthy. If you are used to The Ritzy in Kalispell just go there so you aren't disappointed. Second review from 2/9/2026 Service was much better this time. Chairs had pillows for short people, music playing, and drinks offered. The person that did my manicure and pedicure did a fantastic job. A drink menu would be very helpful. And the cup holders still look the same. I bumped my review to 4. I appreciate the offer for the refund or credit.

Bella was amazing! I needed a last minute pedicure before heading on vacation and she was able to see me today. I got the “Magnificent” pedicure and didn’t realize how much I needed the leg massage. Not to mention, my toes look great! Great place, loving having a Bigfork location, also. It’s nice not to have to drive to Kalispell to their other locations. Thank you, Bella!

Mickey and Ryan were wonderful!!! Both my and my mom’s nails turned out beautiful. They were very kind and welcoming and we had great conversation 🙂 10/10 recommend!!

I made an online reservation for first thing when they opened, but they let me in a little early and started me right away. I wanted a basic pedicure with extra awesome callous removal, and a gel manicure. I love it when they are able to do both at the same time, and Hannah worked so meticulously on my hands while Kevin massaged my legs and feet and rid me of my summer callouses. I always appreciate attention to detail, and they knocked it out of the park. As a mom of littles it was so nice to just shut my eyes and relax fully trusting their capable hands.
