What a fabulous salon! Greeted on arrival by Mario who seated me immediately and made me a ripper latte. Great vibe and great service and my colour by Becca was perfect- not to mention the killer scalp massage 💆🏽‍♀️ and beautiful bouncy blowdry that I didn’t even need to brush the next day!! Love!! ❤️

Recently, I took my younger brother to get a haircut in Bentleigh. We first stopped at The Barber Club, but after being abruptly told there was no space and that we had to book online, we left feeling dismissed and unwelcome, despite only asking for a very quick buzz cut. A few doors down, we walked into Chiseled Hair, and the difference was unbelievable. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted warmly by a lovely lady who kindly welcomed us in. The atmosphere instantly felt friendly and inviting. We were introduced to Joel, our hairdresser, who took the time to talk through exactly what my brother wanted. He was incredibly kind and even offered to let us make the first cuts, which was such a thoughtful touch. While waiting, I had wonderful conversations with Jasmine and Carol, who were both exceptional. I was even offered chocolates and a glass of water, such a small gesture, but it truly made the experience feel special. The salon itself is stunning. The wall tiles at the back are genuinely like artwork, I had to snap a picture, the Disney character sculptures were awesome, and even the ceiling had a beautiful design. You can tell so much care and thought has gone into creating a warm and welcoming interior. Originally, I wasn’t planning to get a haircut at all, but after experiencing their incredible service (and a bit of encouragement from my brother!), I decided to get one too. And I’m so glad I did. Both of us walked out extremely happy with the results. Thank you so much to Carol, Jasmine and Joel for treating us with such kindness and providing an impeccable level of service. Chiseled Hair truly puts many other businesses to shame. It’s no surprise this 5-star review joins so many others. Thank you for making us feel appreciated as customers and for your incredible service!

Amazing salon, everyone who works there is super friendly and very good at doing hair. I only get my hair cut with Carol she does an incredible job. Definitely a 10/10💗

Today was my second visit. I was delighted with the general staff vibe. The best part was being lucky enough to have Souls as my cutter. She was amazingly attentive to what I was after, had some excellent suggestions and I ended up with a most fabulous cut. It is rare to be actually listened to - Soula is an absolute gem!

As always I had a great haircut from Mario ‼️( I’ve also had great haircut and styling with Carol in the past) I have very thick and dry hair which seems to have a mind if it’s own! However after cut and treatment with Mario my hair looks great and I always walk away feeling on top of the moon! All the staff are always positive and engaging and a lovely modern, welcoming environment. Also a big hi five to Kate who is a brilliant hair colourist !! Ps they also do a great flat white!
