My kids, husband, and I went in for haircuts. The service was attentive and professional, and the environment was welcoming, relaxed, and clean (bonus: I looked it up, and this salon is listed on the Strands for Trans site). The staff were very friendly and kind with my kids and gave me some useful styling and care tips for my own long, wavy hair that I wash 'n go; they also did the same for my partner, who needed simple tips for his curly hair without spending too much time styling it every morning. Kelli was so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I accidentally put a lot of pressure on them by telling them my previous 2 haircuts had been terrible and I was about to attend 2 weddings in one week and they rose to the occasion! They were so lovely to chat with and I really appreciated how they went slowly and incrementally with my cut to make sure I was still enjoying the look without taking too much off.
