I’ve been a couple times and must say: 1. The staff I’ve met, Savannah and Nikki, are always so kind and answered all my wife’s questions with patience. 2. When it comes to Self Care, Top Quality ingredients plus a great spa is so important and this place has both. IV, facials or anything at the Santa Monica location is a Great way to stay living!

I had such a great experience at my laser hair removal appointment. The front desk staff was Nikki and she was warm and welcoming; she checked me in quickly and made me feel comfortable right away. The technician who did my treatment was amazing (I had Savannah); super professional, attentive, and explained everything clearly. She was very helpful and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Overall, the staff here made my visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Taylor and Victoria are lovely and exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled. They made me feel very comfortable despite the appt after a long day of work. AND- they are open relatively late, and open Sundays and Mondays! Woo hoo, I'm so happy I discovered Cienega in Santa Monica!!

I had an amazing experience at Cienega Medical Spa! I came in for cortisone injections and Taylor took care of me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The treatment was quick, virtually painless, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive from start to finish.
