How does CINDY’S NAILS compare to other nail salons in Suffern?
- They distinguish themselves through a strong focus on restoring damaged or fragile nails rather than just cosmetic application. Their facilities are notably inclusive, featuring wheelchair-accessible entrances, parking, and restrooms which are not always available at every local salon. While many competitors focus on speed, this business appears to prioritize careful, detail-oriented service for clients with specific nail health needs.
Are your technicians licensed and certified?
- All technicians working at CINDY’S NAILS are required to hold valid New York State cosmetology licenses to legally perform nail services. Licensing ensures that staff members have undergone the necessary training in sanitation, safety, and proper nail techniques. Customers can feel confident that hygiene and professional standards are maintained by licensed individuals who meet state regulatory requirements.
Do you have loyalty rewards or membership programs?
- Specific details regarding current loyalty programs or membership tiers are not publicly listed in their basic profile information. It is best to inquire directly with the business during your visit or via phone to learn about any available rewards for repeat customers. Many local salons offer punch-card style discounts or package deals that may not be advertised online, so asking staff can reveal extra value options.

I’m so surprised by these bad reviews. I have been going here since I moved to the area. I tried other nail salons in town but I liked this one the best. I find everyone is nice. They do a great job. Very clean. Sunday’s they get very busy so I just go different days of the week. Now that I live in the area I won’t go anywhere else. I hate to make this edit. I started gel manicures. There is one tech there, I never catch her name she doesn’t wear a name Tag. But she is very rough. Also always on her cell people. Unfortunately she has destroyed my nails. A few times and I’m done. I’m trying to nurse them back to health. I love Cindy’s and I don’t want to leave but I think the time has come. her place is beautiful. I love Cindy. I’m just also over whoever parks their red SUV in the handicap spot with no tags all the time and thinks it’s ok to leave it when I need a handicap spot. It’s always there. Also the nail techs being on their AirPods the entire time. I think it’s rude. Cindy, I love you. I think it’s time to replace some staff members or have them stop with the phones and the drill file. It destroyed my nails and I have to start from scratch and regrown them all. The 7 years were a pleasure. Thank you.
