It was my first time, amazing experience in the Floating Pool. Really relaxed environment nice staff. Had a fantastic massage by Fabio differently recommend him. Loved it would recommend it to anyone 👌 😊

Perfect relaxation. To start with a lovely staff member greeting to our one hour floatation bath. The facilities are clean and the ambience is very relaxing. The tea room was lovely to have tea provided. Overall very very good. Very reasonable in prices compared to others around Melbourne. We will be back. ❤️🙏

A gorgeous little spa escape in Carnegie. Tried Floating for the first time. The staff were very attentive and helpful, making sure to guide me properly through the process. The facilities are very luxurious and I felt extremely relaxed during and after the Float. The amenities are very good and there’s a fantastic zen space for after the experience before you leave the spa. I would definitely want to try Floating again at some point and perhaps explore some of their other offerings. It’s a bit expensive but they certainly provide an upmarket service to make it worth the price. Ultimately very enjoyable! Such a unique experience.

I had my first deep tissue massage with Debra today at City Cave Carnegie and I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends. Unlike other massages I have booked, Debra understood where I was experiencing tension and pain and did exactly what I asked which was just concentrate on these areas and not just do the general overall body massage which I have experienced at other treatment locations. City Cave Carnegie I have also been to once before for an infrared sauna which I also really enjoyed as a new experience. I was given a voucher for my birthday which is why I booked City Caves and I would now book a treatment again and pay happily for the services they provide
