First-time customer and officially obsessed! I visited City Nails for the first time today and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The salon is spotless, beautifully organized, and has such a relaxing vibe. The staff was welcoming, patient, and really took their time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My nail tech paid attention to every detail — shape, color, and design came out absolutely perfect. What stood out the most was how comfortable they made me feel as a new customer. No rushing, no pressure — just genuine care and great service. I left feeling pampered and confident with the best nails I’ve had in a long time. I can confidently say I’ve found my new go-to nail salon. Highly recommend City Nails to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and beautiful results!
