Classic Nails and Spa always provides me with a pleasant customer service experience and the best nail care (manis and pedis). All the nail techs are excellent as I have been serviced by them all. My primary tech is Alis and she always provides me with top tier service. She maintains my natural nails and keeps them strong and healthy. I get many compliments on my nails all the time! She is the best! If you’re looking for a nail salon please don’t hesitate to visit Classic Nails and Spa in South Windsor, CT. The salon is always impeccably clean and the staff is always professional. All techs are up to date on the latest trends in nail design and care. You won’t be disappointed!

I don't get complex services (just simple, regular polish manicure and pedicure) but they've been done well! I did find that my nails had indentations after my manicure which didn't go away until my nails grew out again. I think it was from the pushing of the cuticles. I've only had one manicure so TBD on the next one! The pedicure I had with someone else and it was excellent. The place isn't intimidating at all. Staff are polite. My nails and toes came out great looking both times. I call ahead and make an appointment and have found the person answering the phone to be easy enough to understand. Would recommend.
