I’ve came twice and both times were nothing short of excellent. I appreciate that the massage doesn’t feel rushed and that the beds are actually cushioned and comfortable. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the process from start to finish. I also appreciate how clean the facility is! I highly recommend!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Cloud9 Spa Castle Hill. We booked the 40/40 aroma & hot stone massage, and it was absolutely superb. Jack and Dora were incredible therapists—professional, attentive, and made us feel completely relaxed from start to finish. The environment is super decent with a warm, calming vibe, and everything was spotless and well maintained. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. It was one of the best spa visits we’ve had, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Highly Recommend. If you want a luxury experience with welcoming people, that will leave you calm and centered. Stop looking and book an appointment! I’ve been to many foot reflexology and massage centers over the years, Cloud9 was genuinely a cut above from the moment I walked in. The young woman who welcomed me was so kind and professional. There was never pressure to sign up for a subscription or price gimmicks some places use to get you in. I had the 30/30 with Andy in a gorgeous room with soft music, lights twinkling on the ceiling and the most comfortable reflexology table I’ve ever experienced. Having had back pain and surgery, it’s important to me that my therapist communicates with me on pressure and areas to avoid. Andy was so attentive about this, so I could relax into the experience. I asked for and got a soft massage, but I was amazed at the difference Andy’s gentle, intuitive technique made. The relief I felt in my lower back was like I get from the chiropractor without the painful adjustment. I was so happy with my entire experience at Cloud9 I’ve made an appointment for a full massage this Friday. I love that I can slow down, be pampered while helping my back pain and still be able to buy lunch.

We visited Cloud 9 Castle Hills today for the first time. The spa is spotless, fresh and clean. The front desk attendant (Angela) greeted us with a smile and immediately checked us in. I appreciated the facility tour she gave prior to services. We got the 40-minute deep tissue massage, 40-min foot massage, and 30-min deep tissue massage. Our therapists, Eva and Kelly were friendly, and great! The atmosphere in the foot massage room was very zen and awesome with dim lights and relaxing music. The pillows used in the foot massage room are absolutely amazing! I would love the same pillows at home. The massage suites (they offer 1 and 2 person rooms) were very clean and cozy. I highly recommend this spa for a great massage and excellent service!

I was invited to check out this new spa, and I went a couple of weeks ago. It’s an upscale Chinese spa with an American touch. The place looks nice and tidy, and I loved the colors. The pricing was decent, and Dora gave me an amazing massage. I got the 30/30. You lay down and put your feet in a bucket of warm water. Dora noticed I was uncomfortable and brought a pillow to put under my back. I was very relaxed, and the furniture was nice and comfortable. Dora massaged my back very well. I would’ve liked a little more pressure, but overall it was great! I’d definitely go back. Oh, the lady at the front desk was also amazing — I believe her name was Angela.
