Customer Reviews for Cloud 9 Foot Spa San Jose - Formerly Oceanic
Araceli Lopez — 5/5 (via Google)
First visit to Cloud 9 and it was a pleasant experience. Very clean facilty, friendly staff, efficient operations. I booked the 40/40 foot/body Swedish massage and Amy was my masseuse. She was very friendly, strong, and skilled. I enjoyed my time and she answered my questions and made me feel at ease with this first visit. I would return to receive more services.
Jenna Gonzalez — 4/5 (via Google)
The environment was lovely and the masseuse was great! The 30 minutes went by so fast. I’m only giving it a 4 because it would have been nice if they spent more time in other areas besides just the bottom of the foot. She did a little in the ankles and calves. Overall great and I’d definitely go back— think that little extra would’ve taken it over the top.
Brizette Garcia — 5/5 (via Google)
I had an excellent experience here . I had Amy as my masseuse and she was amazing ! I will definitely be going back. Best massage I’ve had in my life . Excellent service .i got the one hour Swedish massage for 65 dollars. They have a small parking lot but parking was not an issue . They also did not harass for tips I feel that’s important because I’ve experienced that before
Maria Weber — 4/5 (via Google)
Friendly staff, cleanest spa for a high traffic spa. I learned that they offer couples massage. So I will book a full body massage next time. The one hour foot massage was great but I thought the therapist was going to spend more time on my feet. So I prefer to schedule 1/2hr foot and full body massage separately. I am going back, they made a good impression.
Deepthi Mehta — 5/5 (via Google)
10/10 recommend coming here. By the far the best foot massages in the area. Andy and Jack are so professional and are very thorough. My husband and I are regulars here. The staff are always so warm and welcoming, we love jasmine! She is so sweet! If you are looking for a place to get a massage, this is it!
