It’s hard not to use a pun as I literally floated away. I have no idea how time passed and it doesn’t matter. What matters was the full experience from being greeted by Phil before entering the spotless pod zone. The experience is very calm, the senses are dulled and once a quit mind takes hold, this remarkable experience takes you to deep relaxation. It’s not often that wellness lives up to the hype but Cloud Nine floatation pods took me to a deep place where I could fully switch off. Just book a session, you’ll feel it for yourself. Bliss.

This was my first visit to Cloud Nine, and the massage session from Angelica was exactly what I needed. The pressure during the massage was perfect, and the studio is clean, tidy, and welcoming. They also have floatation tanks and offer facials so I will definitely be back :) It’s great to have so many wellness and relaxation options in right here in West Byfleet :) Thanks again!

First time in a floatation tank and it was an amazing experience! Completely relaxed, followed by a deep tissue massage after, which was brilliant! Both staff members very professional, friendly and helpful and everything was explained perfectly for the flotation, followed by the massage! We will definitely be back again!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Very warm and friendly welcome, and everything done at our pace without feeling rushed. We tried the float tanks for the first time and everything was explained perfectly and everything we could want or need was already there for us in the room. Would definitely recommend it, and we will definitely be returning!
