***THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW AFTER WORKING WITH THE BUSINESS. SPOILER ALERT - THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!*** After I left the original 1-star review below, the business called me right away. The manager, Thomas, offered to work with me to take care of my negative experience in any way that was best for me. I agreed to return to have the owner, Jade redo my nails. From the moment Jade sat down to redo my nails, her attention to detail was second to none. She looked at my nails and knew immediately how to fix them. She offered to do a whole new design, I just went with the original design. Jade did my square tip with the sharpest corners and the base of my french tip is a gorgeous nude which she created by mixing two colors. Jade and Thomas were completely generous which helped because I felt a bit shy returning after leaving the original review, as honest as it was. Jade put me at ease, saying that she could not rest until she had the chance to improve my experience. She said she wants to make customers for a long time, not just one time. Jade and Thomas have earned one more loyal customer after they handled this experience with such grace and kindness. Jade mentioned that the original nail artist is actually very experienced and showed me some of her work. She must have just been having a hard day, which can happen to anyone. I really appreciated them reaching out and bending over backward to improve my experience. I am pleased to report that my sweater texture now looks just like the inspo pic below! *Original review* I wish I could give a better review. I was excited to try this salon after reading the reviews and visiting their website. However, unfortunately these nails did not meet expectations and I'm disheartened about how much they cost. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon, that was amazing. However, when I arrived, they offered the customer before me and after me a drink, but not me. That was a bit odd. I'm not sure the name of the lady who did my nails, she was very nice. However, I fear that she was a beginner and I think that's where most of the problems stemmed. I asked for an acrylic fill with french tips, snowflakes on two nails, and sweater texture on my ring fingers. I will post photos of what I wanted for the texture and what I got. I am aware that sometimes people have off days and techs have different skill levels and need to practice. However, (yes, I know I'm using that word a lot) they shouldn't be practicing on paying customers. I would have much preferred that she explained she didn't know how to do the nail art and either had me pick something different or have someone take over because now I've paid almost $70 for what I would consider a practice set. Let me say, she was so nice and made sure the shape was okay and paid attention to detail on the French tip, I just think she did not know how to do the sweater texture. I did not notice all of the imperfections before I left, and I had to get to another appointment. I’ve been debating if I should go back and get it fixed. Not only was the sweater texture not very apparent, the fill is bumpy, the gel polish is also bumpy on the tips, and is coming off the tip of my nails. I’m not sure how that happens if the color is supposed to be cured onto the nail. I will say, she did super cute snowflakes! Coco nail lounge looked like it could have been a fun place to go, and the reviews are wonderful, but I will not be returning. What’s worse, is I spent my nail budget on these nails and now I have to live with them for the next month. The first four photos show the lack of texture on the sweater texture on my ring finger. As well as how bumpy the fill is and the bubble or cracks in my thumbnail. The last picture was the inspo picture for the sweater texture. keep in mind, I got these nails done two days ago.

these are by far the best nails i’ve had from here! i asked for more of a cheetah print on the 3 nails but it came out more dots, but no worries it still looks great! the service is great! the people are so nice! definitely come here!

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon!! They always do amazing for any design I show them and are always so nice. This is my favorite place to go by far!
