Obsessed with the turn out of my nails with Ben! Google won’t let me upload a video but pics don’t do justice! Ben did such a great job! I highlyyy recommend asking for him if you’re particular with your shape and don’t like the too thick look! I’ve been coming to CoCo nails and beauty for some years now and they never disappoint. The owner and all the staff are always so friendly and do great work! I would bring all my family and friends here! 😊😊

Ben did an amazing job on my nails. He was very professional, patient, and paid close attention to detail. He made sure I was happy with everything before finishing, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. The shape is perfect and the work is super clean. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Ben again!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: My first visit here was mid December with Liam for a builder gel fill. He did great and I’d give him 5 stars. I came back yesterday and he was fully booked so I was put with another person. I didn’t catch her name but I was put at table 6. I was hesitant at first because I know only a select few of them can do builder gel. I had one nail that fell off and one that was chipped. She proceeded to pop off all of my builder gel because “they all need to look the same and water is under one of them”. Liam didn’t have to do that the last fill. I had one missing with him as well and he just filled the rest like normal. When she popped them off it was peeling off the top layer of my nail, and taking length off of my nail as well. I have builder gel done because it’s the only way for my nails to grow and I prefer it over acrylic. It took me 2 months to grow my nails as long as they were and I was so excited since Im expecting to be getting engaged soon. Once she popped all of my builder gel off she proceeded to clip my natural nails down as low as she could. Internally I wanted to cry since it took me so long to grow them. She said “tips are better for your nails”. I didn’t know what to say and felt like I had no choice but to get tips put on because my natural nails now would be too short for builder gel. She applied the gel on super sloppy and they were chunky and uneven. My nails weren’t even curing for the full time since she kept having me take them out since she was going them one by one. When it came time to filing she got them somewhat even, but she was filing so hard that I said ow multiple times. Three+ of my nails are so sore it hurts to touch them, and you can see how raw they are on the sides from the filing. Two of them were bleeding when I left. The builder gel isn’t evenly distributed and they don’t look good at all. Towards the end I just accepted it and planned on getting them taken off elsewhere. I’m not confrontational and didn’t know what to say at this point. She said “I could tell you were nervous at the beginning but now they look good” and kept mentioning that tips are always better than natural length. I will not be returning ever again. NEW REVIEW: changed from one star to 5! Khally, the owner, reached out the next day and offered for me to come back and have my nails fixed. I came back and was able to have Liam fix them for me. He did an amazing job just like the first time he did my nails. Last two photos are the new nails!
