I have been going to Coco Nails for over 20 years. Julie is the best!! I can get my appoinments without any difficulty and she does her best to accommodate any schedule changes i have which can be at the last minute. Everyone there is very friendly and kind. I highly recommend them!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!. I know I’m the difficult client always wanting multiple designs, colors, stickers etc and they are so sweet about it! I show them pictures of things I find on Pinterest and it always comes out BETTER! I only paid 77$ for this set btw!!!! If you’re looking for a nail salon look no further!

I came in to Coco Nails last night a little after 5pm and asked if they were still open-the lady at the front desk said that they were so I went in and got my nail color. As I was sitting in the pedicure chair one of the employees left for the night and I asked my technician what time they closed. It was now 5:10pm and he says "5 pm". I felt awful and told them several times please don't worry about it, I'm so sorry, I had no idea, please go home!!!". He refused to turn me away and was the most kind ( I'm so sorry I don't have his name). He took his time, wasn't rushed, wasn't irritated, wasn't rude or trying to hurry me along so that he could leave. He wasn't anything more than the kindest human who remembered me and mentioned it had been a bit since he had seen me, remembered I had a child, remembered what type of polish I use. Gave me a great pedicure and great service. Just above and beyond. The sweet lady at the front when I left was amazing too- I apologized to her as well and she too treated me so kindly. I take note of good customer service but when customer service is above and beyond I want everyone to hear about it. They could've easily turned me away but instead they welcomed me in and gave me a great experience. I was already a Coco loyalist but it's even more so now. Thank you all so much.
