Used code twice now, once for a consultation and today for a professional hair straightening treatment. Leni did my hair really well. I havent had it cut for 15 yrs and it is very damaged , I'm very happy with it. I'm booked in again already to have a few extentions in the side and my hair cut into a long bob..so far so good, i trust Laura and the girls with my hair, they are very professional and the salon looks great. Highly reccomend.

I had such a great experience at CODE hair salon . Hope really listened to what I wanted and offered some helpful suggestions. I went in wanting highlights and a trim .And I came out with exactly that but even better ,My hair looks and feels so healthy, and the colour is perfect. The salon itself has a really nice atmosphere, and everyone was friendly , defiantly recommended xx Thankyou so much hope , I love it x

My hair honestly is amazing. Thank you so much to Leni for the cut and colour. So professional, kind and knowledgeable. I suffer with PCOS so my hair at times of intense stress falls out in clumps despite doing everything right to avoid this happening- it makes you feel helpless. It knocks my confidence and makes me feel like I have low self esteem. I came to the salon for a colour consultation at first as I felt my previous colour was dull and wasn’t highlighting my features to their full potential. Millie and Leni were there to help me. I said I wanted something warm and we discussed options whereby my hair would be brighter but discussed techniques which would minimise damage. I explained previously my hair would be patchy with dye and look two tone and fade to a colour I wasn’t satisfied with. Leni and Millie explained she would use one type of peroxide on my roots to my ends but reassured me that if I wanted to take it the next shade brighter this could be accomplished on the next session but advised for this one to just go slow and steady building up brightness slowly not wanting to compromise the condition of my hair. This has never been suggested to me before and I felt I could these girls with my hair. Skin test done no concerns. During my cut and colour appointment with Leni I was offered a drink multiple times, I was given the WiFi code and directed to magazines if I wanted. I felt seen and that I mattered and I wasn’t just another customer. I’ve never felt valued like that in a hair salon. The salon is immaculate and the products left my hair smelling amazing. The lady who washed my hair - I think her name was Hope- she was also lovely and professional. Really relaxing hair wash as normally I’ve experienced really rough handlers in previous salons whereas she was really gentle and didn’t get water on my face and I found she didn’t yank my hair or hurt my neck which is what I usually experience sadly. Leni taught my how to style my bangs and advised me on shampoos to use to keep the colour in. I wasn’t made to feel stupid for asking questions and I felt genuinely listened to. My hair was super good condition after the cut and colour, soft and shiney. I loved the length change, the blunt cut and how I just glowed after and had genuine confidence in my appearance. It wasn’t just a haircut for me but a therapeutic self care session which took me from 0-100 in terms of happiness and confidence. I am so grateful to Leni and the team for helping me find my smile again xxx

Highly recommend CODE. Booking is easy, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Scarlett did a fantastic job cutting my hair and advising on colour. I’m delighted with my cut and will be going back in a few days for foils. It’s so nice to have a good salon like this on the doorstep instead of needing to go all the way to Norwich.
