Customer Reviews for Cold River Body Arts
Jeanette Beatrice — 5/5 (via Google)
I had an appointment for nose piercings, however, I really wanted to reopen my current piercings. I thought that would require a re-piercing. Gene (the piercer) informed me all I would need is the current holes stretched and not a piercing. He saved me money by adjusting my payment and jewelry selection. Additionally, he walked me through the pain and process. Overall, making my experience easy going. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo. The establishment was gave a modern Gothic vibe, which I loved.

I haven’t had the best results trying to have my helix pierced in the past. This was a completely different experience! Gene and the staff are very experienced and made me feel right at ease. Great communication after appointments when I needed help and I would recommend to anyone. Very clean space and nice that you can book online or walk in.
Leann Herrewyn — 5/5 (via Google)
Gene helped me out with piercings I thought were closed and went above and beyond in educating me about my piercings. The space was clean and inviting. The pride of ownership was evident through the carefully curated and unique decor, cleanliness, and knowledge!
Alana Wood — 5/5 (via Google)
Gene is a fantastic piercer. he is insanely knowledgable, professional, and very kind. The shop is extremely clean and very cute. The jewelry sold there is expensive, but good jewelry is not cheap and the experience with Gene is worth the price, honestly. No other piercer in the capital region is as knowledgable or trustworthy as him!
Koda Christine — 5/5 (via Google)
I was super nervous to get pierced as I was alone and it was my first piercing other than my ears with a piercing gun. Gene was so INCREDIBLY methodical and straightforward about everything. The whole vibe of the entire place felt super reassuring and kind, and I felt super safe and informed on everything I was going to have done. The prices were affordable, I paid less than $95 including a 20% tip for my piercing. So far, it has been almost 2 weeks and my piercing is healing wonderfully. Overall, the service was ASTOUNDING and I will absolutely be coming here again for my other piercings as well as recommending to friends.
