Very impressed with my experience at the Colour Bar!! I’ve been wanting to do a balayage for a while after mine grew out from a few years ago, but I didn’t really feel confident in my local hair salons. After checking reviews on google I came across colour bar and decided to give it a try. I called and spoke with Walter, who was so kind and accommodating, and had a cancellation so it worked out perfectly. Location: plenty of paid street parking. The salon is very nice, clean and smells great. It’s cozy and trendy, I loved how the seating where you get your coloring done is facing the wall of all their product/color options. When I arrived, I was greeted so nicely by Walter and he showed me to my seat. I love that he took the time to discuss what I wanted, look at my inspo, and made recommendations and was very clear so that we were both on the same page for what I was looking for. Something else I really appreciated and experienced for the first time was that Walter went over the pricing of everything, just to make sure that it fit in my budget and also didn’t push anything additional on me. I’m usually pretty timid to ask about pricing when I’ve gone to other salons, but I really appreciate that there was a lot of transparency and honesty. After we spoke, the process began and everything was amazing. Walter, Izabella and Loretta made me feel so comfortable. They are very hospitable and want you to feel pampered. I was offered hot/cold drinks multiple times and checked on throughout my time there. The quality of the products is also amazing. I’ve steered away from coloring my hair because whenever I’ve gone to the salon, there’s always those harsh smell of chemicals, not here. Everything is ammonia free and smells amazing. Despite all the lightening that was done to my hair, I honestly feel like my hair feels healthier than when I walked in. One of my other favorite parts was the hair wash, Loretta did amazing and gave me such a great scalp massage!! Walter also did an amazing job at a blowout with loose waves, I wish I had some of his skills to achieve it on my own, but it just makes me excited for the next time I get to go and walk out with amazing hair ☺️ Walter is extremely talented and passionate about his work, a true artist!! So excited to return, and have already recommended to family and friends. I’ve already gotten so many compliments and I’m so happy to have found this gem of a salon. I had an amazing experience with Walter! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the best options for my hair. I went with a balayage, base color to cover grays, cut, added gloss, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Walter truly knows his craft, and my hair looks and feels so much healthier. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for color and expert hair care!

I had an amazing experience today with Loretta! From start to finish, I felt completely taken care of. My cut and color turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier. Loretta took the time to explain which products would be best for my hair, and I really appreciated her expertise and recommendations. Even the wash by Rocio was fantastic — the experience was so relaxing, and it made the whole appointment feel luxurious. I also purchased the products she suggested, and I feel confident knowing I'm using exactly what's best for my hair. Overall, I left the salon feeling thrilled with my look and completely satisfied. I can't recommend Loretta and the whole team enough!
