They offered a wonderful experience for our daughter’s first haircut! Vicki was so good with her and cut her hair exactly as we asked. The first haircut package was really nice as well. We will definitely be back for her next haircut!

As a first time Mother, with a son with autism, I thought taking him to get his haircut would be a long far off dream. Little did I know November 25th , our minds would be changed. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed, our stylist was busy with another child, so we waited. As we waited , the other parents and us talked and the staff was very personable. ( But... AS soon as it was our sons turn to get his haircut, Shelby, our Stylist, took such good care of him! Our son doesn't warm up to people very well, and as soon as she got him in his cape(which my Husband and I believed that was it! That our son wouldn't have it... We were WRONG... This young lady , Shelby, specializes in children with autism. Made him feel Safe and COMFORTABLE. Which of course made me and my heart stop flipping out! Lol She let him comb his hair, and feel the shaver on his hand and arm, let him touch and evaluate what she was doing. It took about 45 minutes, and after all that time of him blowing bubbles (eating them) lol ..she asked him if he'd come to her, and before I could tell her that he most likely would be comfortable..he reached out for her and let her hold him to pick out a balloon 🎈!! My Husband and I were in SHOCK! it was such an amazing experience, that Shelby has made a customer out of this family! They took his picture, had a place for his hair for me too keep, gave hima sucker and a balloon. I was so speechless for the entire day about it.. So if you have a child that needs a haircut, and has issues sitting still or is giving you issues at home with haircuts . STOP 🛑 BREATHE 🫁 Go to Cookie Cutters and schedule with Shelby!! Thank you Shelby, we will NEVER forget the experience you gave our Miracle, and you've made customers for life! ❤️

I had attempted to book online but the website said to try again later. I called the salon and they happily confirmed that the booking had gone through. My almost three year old grandson carefully selected his vehicle chair and our stylist listened carefully to our wishes and gave him a wonderful haircut. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

The gals with 30 years of experience in children’s cuts are absolutely excellent at their job and have such a great attitude towards what they do. Ive taken my 5 year old autistic son to this location countless times and each time we get someone with a good amount of experience under their belt, we never have an issue. They speak to my kiddo so kindly and make sure his favorite show is always on before the cut begins. We are usually in an out in 25 minutes or less and the cuts always look so good.
