My son is not a fan of hair cuts at all! I knew coming in would be a struggle for myself and the stylist. However Vanessa was so patient, so kind, so understanding, while my son, screamed, cried and yelled, she continued to be gentle and did her best to calm him. this was our first time here and I was impressed. I appreciate that they keep a tight schedule and the stylist did a great job on the cut despite my daughter's inability to keep her head down. Her hair looks very cute and is all even. I would be happy to visit again.

Our cut with Vanessa was a dream. It was our 16-month-old’s second haircut and he didn’t do great at the first one so we had low expectations. Vanessa did an amazing job with his hair. The cut was fast and efficient but she got the style exactly as we asked. They have TVs at every station and lollipops which help a lot too! We had a great experience and will be back next time we’re in town.
