I’ve had surgery on my neck and on my knee in the past few years and a lot of inflammation so I wanted to try this out to see if it helps with that. I feel so much more relaxed. It was soothing and very comfortable. They provide everything you need to Shower afterwards. I can’t wait to see how I feel tonight trying to go to sleep. I’m hoping it helps with that. Also the woman who set it all up for me was very friendly and I will definitely try it again and they have Other services that I may try in the future.

I am so happy we found this place! Jordan gave the best Swedish massage I've ever had, I could actually move my neck when she was done and the float pod was amazing! I will definitely be a regular customer here!

I just tried the float pod at Core Cryo today. First time ever. It was sooooooo relaxing!! I’m so glad I tried it. Lisa helped show me around and gave me all kinds of tips to make me comfortable and enjoy my float. She was so kind and helpful. Made me feel right at home. The float pod itself was clean and warm and cozy. Great experience. I got to play my own music during the float, too. Highly recommend you try it if you’ve been thinking about it!! Thanks, Lisa!

I went for float therapy. The pod was warm and comfortable. The room was set up very well, and had everything you needed for your visit(towels, washcloths, robe, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, deodorant, hair dryer, etc). The receptionist was very welcoming and explained the process very well. If you have never tried it, I would suggest this location. I will be returning in a few days for a facial, hopefully my service is just as great. UPDATE: it won't let me add another review. My facial was wonderful, the ambiance was inviting and relaxing (I actually dozed off, lol). The facial was great, I will definitely be returning for more services.

Awesome experience! Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Lisa was wonderful! I did the enclosed full body cryotherapy and also the localized cryotherapy. I will be back!
