I have been to Cost Cutters twice now and Kyelene has been my stylist. She is so well-versed regarding the up-to-date styles - she knew exactly what I wanted. This is the best hair cut I've ever had! Totally over the moon!

Haley is so Awesome!! I have not been able to get my hair done, color wise because of illness. I didn't have any idea on how to explain what I wanted and she took time to explain all my options on color and what would work best. She did an amazing job on my hair color and cut and I feel like a new person. Other staff was leaving and wished me a nice holiday. So friendly and kind!!

I've been coming here to the Cuyahoga falls salon for along time. All the ladies do a great job. This time I had alot cut off. My mom is 101 loves to come here. The people are so friendly and kind. They always do a professional job on her hair. Today she got her Hair shampooed, conditioned, cut blow dried and styled. She felt beautiful when she walked out the door. The only negative thing I would have to say about this facility is that it’s a little more difficult for handicap people. The ramp is quite a ways away from the door and the direction that you walk to get into The facility you’re approaching from the wrong directions so you have to walk past the door turn around to go into it. But as far as the facility itself, cleanliness people friendliness, etc. outstanding
