Well, I hadn’t had my eyebrows done in about five months since I moved here to Minnesota cause I couldn’t find a place that does it. I finally found one Miss Ashley took care of me. They look a lot better than they did before so I will go back and try not to wait so long to where they’re not so goddang busy

I only go to Cost Cutters & Lusi is the only person I'll let do my hair. She's the best! If she goes somewhere else, I will follow her. She's very special. She's more than a hairstylist, she's a friend. I always feel good when I leave.

I love Cost Cutters, especially the West Duluth location. I specifically ask for Ashley because for one she does a great job on a haircut. But also Ashley is a true people person. The minute you sit in the chair she wants to know how you've been. And when you let her know what's been going on since the last cut she listens very intently. For these important reasons I will continue to go to Cost Cutters and Ashley specifically.
