This review is for the jfk location in the Kennedy mall!!!!!!! I had an amazing experience here!!!! Today I called early for a very tedious highlight and they got me in same day! You don’t see that everyday being able to do something that quickly! The salon was full of amazing people, the boss lady was so involved in everything it truly made the experience enjoyable seeing the teamwork! My stylist was Jaden she was an amazing artist! She made me feel comfortable and she listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair. She was the best part of the experience! Very very happy with how my hair looks and very happy she took her day to make me feel special and look special! She went above and beyond to make sure I left there feeling pretty 🤩 highly recommend this place to anyone looking for very good customer service and good people! Thanks again Jaden and Cost cutters! I’ll be back ☺️

Needed a new look, same hairstyle for 20 years. Heather at Kennedy Mall not only listened, she delivered. She gave me an excellent cut, wash, and diffuser dry for this new short curly style. I appreciated her care in getting it even. I didn't have an appointment, and even though the chairs were full, I got right in. Thank you Cost Cutters for also living up to your name.

Had a great experience here. I was a walk in, on a rather busy day mind you, and they git me in within 20 minutes. The location here is in the mall so handicap accessible, restrooms,and plenty of room to spread out. Back to the shop... I honestly was impressed overall by the cleanliness, professionalism, and time allotment. These gals were all overworked and they still made it a personal experience. Very well done. Went in like every person,with a photo of what I wanted in hand, and the stylist delivered. Very professional. I didn't catch her name unfortunately 😕. The entire staff worked well together, each one deserves a hand! Thanks again!!

They're always very friendly and do a good job but the process is SO RUSHED because they don't take reservations. They always get us in, and I am really appreciative of that for my son but wow, the haircuts take just about 5 minutes start to finish. I wouldn't go here for anything really involved or detailed, but if you're in a pinch then they can handle the basic cuts nicely.

As a stylist at this salon, I definitely feel great about recommending. We have a variety of stylist to fit your needs. A few of our gals have 30+ years behind the chair and will get you permed, cut or styled in no time. We have a few younger gals who are amazing with creating colors, from basic high lights to beautiful balayage. Don’t forget the kids, we have stylist Patient enough for even the fussiest ones. As a family salon we welcome everyone. We are wheelchair accessible and even have a Spanish bilingual stylist. Online check availability most days!
