Shay at the 42nd Street Location in Cedar Rapids was AMAZING! She was kind, friendly, professional and personable. I have a lot of very thick, course hair, and it did not intimidate her. She listed to my requests/ideas and gave me the best cut I have had in a long time, plus she is closer to my home. Appreciate the gal who checked me in as well. She was very kind and accommodating. Shay was excellent! I went in for a hair cut and came back the next day for highlights. It looks wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and explained things well. I really enjoyed getting my hair cut. I don't remember the ladies name but she listened to what I wanted. She took the time needed to get it right. I will definitely be going back to this Cost Cutters in the future.
