Kim was great! She took her time washing my hair and cutting and blow drying. I have paid quite a bit more at a salon where the master stylist did not spend that much time. My hair was washed by another person and the scalp massage was great but that required another tip. Kim's shampoo was just as nice. My cut looks great!

Today was my first time at this Cost Cutters. I came in to have a perm done. Arlene was my stylist & was very professional. Having had spine surgery awhile back I'm still in tremendous pain. Arlene was so sweet & so caring in getting me through my perm. The perm came out beautiful, I was very pleased. Thank you Cost Cutters, & Kudos to Arlene.

My stylist, Kim, was very pleasant and patient. She took her time to achieve a good haircut. Also, to add to my review, I shared with Kim that I recently lost most of my hair due to illness and medication. Kim assured me that she could bring more shape to my hair as it grows out, and she did!
