Darlene greeted me on arrival and was super nice and accommodating. Especially since I was a walk in. Pam cut my hair exactly the way I requested. She was very friendly and explained what she was doing and way. She really made the experience awesome. Especially since I haven’t been to get a professional haircut in 20 years! Update: management was amazing and very kind and everything was settled! We will return First the appointment time was not correct. Second the services were not correct so I had to cancel my own appointment and only do my child’s appointment. Last her hair cut is awful! It’s so choppy and a mess! It was just a simple haircut! Not anything more or crazy was asked! I will be calling and asking for a refund and for it to be fixed
