Diana Jimenez — 5/5 (via Google)
I just left and I could cry tears of joy. A few weeks ago my hair was absolutely destroyed by a different stylist (cut and color). I found Shayne by chance and I went in for her to just fix the haircut. I walked her through what had happened with the previous stylist and not only did she fix my cut, but she went above and beyond and toned the color down for me. She also educated me on what we would do going forward for upkeep and hair care to help mend my hair. I can’t recommend Shayne enough. She was friendly and didn’t make me feel terrible about my hair. Salon was clean and everyone was friendly.

I was new to this area and was looking for a new hairstylist. I went to 2 people before a found Chalsye on Facebook about 4 months ago. I have gone to her 4 times. She has done an amazing job. She listen to what you want . She has a great personality and will continue to go to her.

First time here. Booked an all over color and haircut with Shayne. Total master of her craft! Wonderful personality and extremely efficient! I was done in less than 2 hours (usual time in the salon is at least 2.5hrs). Salon is very clean and comfortable without being pretentious. I found my new stylist!

I've seen Hannah twice now, once for a bang trim, and again for a color touch-up and another bang trim. Both times, she absolutely nailed it. She asked all of the right questions and provided guidance on my concerns, I felt totally heard and supported throughout my service. I've been to high-end salons, budget places, and everything in-between; but nowhere has felt as relaxing and reassuring than in Hannah's chair at Cotton Salon. Plus, her scalp massages are on-point. Obviously, I would recommend her, and look forward to going back. The cost of service is transparent, which I appreciate. I think that it is appropriately priced in regards of quality of service (if not a bit of a bargain).
