Everyone always makes you feel so comfortable and I have been getting my hair done with Jade for a few years now, I always walk out feeling my best and always have such a lovely experience. Nothing is too much to ask and she always understands what my vision is and brings it to life! I would recommend to anyone and I look forward to every appointment

Just had my first Japanese head spa with the lovely Laurel. What an amazing experience! So relaxing, what a treat! Laurel was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and explaining the processes of the treatment. I will definitely be booking in again!

This was my first visit to Crackers and Chaps, it has been about 18 months since my last hair cut. Laurel made me feel extremely welcome in the salon, lovely hair wash, provided advice on how much to cut off to help strengthen my hair and ensure my hair was feeling lovely afterwards. The salon atmosphere was great, Will definitely be back soon to enjoy more pampering

Went in looking like I’d been dragged through a hedge backwards and came out feeling like I should be in a shampoo advert. Naomi always delivers an amazing job, and I had the best shampooist today! The whole team are friendly, professional, and genuinely make you feel looked after. Left the salon relaxed, refreshed, and absolutely loving my hair. Would definitely recommend!!!
