Had a great experience with Olivia today. Came in wanting some cartilage piercings and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She did three of them for me and I couldn’t be any happier. She took the time to explain everything as it was happening, was super professional, and fun to talk to. She also was helpful when I asked about ordering jewelry after the piercings are healed. She showed me lots of options and made me feel super welcome to come back in and make an order when I’m able to switch them out. Will definitely be back to see her!

I got a tattoo of my dog's paw from Rat. He did a great job!! It was my first tattoo, and I got lightheaded for a while. All of the employees were super helpful with that. They gave me water, an ice pack, a fan, and some sugar and made sure I was ok before he kept going. Overall great place, great people

I wish I could remember the lady’s name, but she was so kind and talked me through everything as she was doing it. She made sure I liked the placement and was so patient with me. I started feeling lightheaded when we were done so she had me lay back and got me an ice pack and didn’t make me feel rushed to get out. The man that checked me in was also very kind, helpful and funny. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
