20/10 experience, I tried this place out for the first time and everyone was super nice and polite. They did a fantastic job on my nails and toes. I got a the hot stone pedicure and it was fantastic for pretty good pricing

Great experience! I scheduled myself for 2pm and I arrived at 1:55, I waited in the lobby for 15 min until they called me which was a little annoying but they were busy so it was fine. My mom came with and they welcomed her and also did her nails which was so nice. I showed them my picture of the nails and they said they could do it, at the end the lady did almost forget the sparkles but I reminded her and she added them. My mom showed her her inspiration and they went a few shade too light after she told her the color she wanted but she still likes them. Overall they are pretty cute and I would go back. P.S. ask for them a little longer than you actually want they keep trimming them down as you go and they get a little shorter than you think.my nails are the ones not with the crystal. The crystal one is obvs the inspiration. But overall I’m super happy but I would go longer next time.

Wow! What an amazing experience! I have gone to just about every nail salon in the wausau area and Crystal nails is by far the best place I have gone. Very clean! Greeted at the door with a smile! So easy to talk and communicate with. My tech was very up front about what my price would be even before my nails were done! And they had so many cute Halloween design options available to look at and choose from i don't normally get a design but they had so many cute ones I did and I loved it. The price was extremely reasonable! I had a horrible experience at Gloss nails and normally go to Bella nails but will only ever be coming to Crystal nails from now on!
