I had an amazing experience with my Halo laser procedure. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Ellie was especially wonderful—she made sure all of my questions were answered and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable and informed. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to push any additional treatments or products, which made the experience feel very genuine and patient-focused. The doctor was also very informative and took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect.
