They are incredibly kind! My daughter and I went today and got both gel pedicures and manicures. Between the two of us we had John, Katie and ‘mama’. All three were incredibly kind, John apologized multiple times any time there was a lag or had to do something else. They included my daughter in conversation, it’s a very calm environment but they also make it very family oriented and friendly

I have been coming here for 10 years and counting! I absolutely love this place, and they have just gotten better and better. This shop is family owned and THAT makes all the difference. The owners ( Johnny and Katie ) are just so sweet and professional every time. I’ve gotten everything here and they never disappoint me. 😊😊😊😊

Looks can be deceiving. I was hesitant about going to cutie Nails however Ms Katie was professional upon my arrival. I explained my previous frustration from the nails shop I came from. She greeted me and ask me to wait while she completes the customer she was working on. 15 minutes later Katie called me and I told her what I wanted and she was able to do my mail to my liking. I appreciate her customer service and attention to detail ❤️

This place was AMAZING! The attention to detail, professionalism, & the fact that they actually listen to what the customer wants..... EXCELLENT! My sister & I went, it was fun Husband & Wife own the shop. They are funny & I will definitely drive the 20 miles to get my nails done there again. P.s. the pictures aren't perfect, but my nails are 😁
