Amazing head spa experience! The environment is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The therapist was highly skilled with excellent techniques, and the massage felt incredible from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I went to the location near Carefree Hwy and had the best experience. The one hour head spa service was excellent. It did not feel rushed and was very relaxing. There were many elements to the head spa service and it also included neck, shoulder and arm/hand massage. The spa was very clean and modern. The equipment was high quality and the technicians were very skilled. I highly recommend.

This place has great service. Second time I was disappointed in service I got for my daughter for a prenatal massage. I called to ask if the provide services and if they had prenatal beds. The man informed me they did. It reqires you to zell them a deposit in order for them to even schedule you (which is weird and sketchy) but have not had issues. I understand why they do it but is just sketchy for a business tondo that. the man scheduled us for a massage but did not inform them she is pregnant. She was laid on her stomach and was supper uncomfortable. Since she has never had this service befor being fizt pregnancy she did not know what to expect. She later informed the masseuse she was uncomfortable and she had no clue it was prenatal even after several confirmation that a trained prenatal masseuse would tend to her. After learning she was prenatal it appeared the masseuse was nervous and her massage changed to just lotioning. My masseuse was new and seemed to not have a clue and speak English. She did not review my prefilled form to target areas and note areas of discomfort. I was in major pain having spasms and she did not even touch my back except to oil it. She basically hust lotioned me. No massage. Except back of neck. We paid for moisturizing basically. I let the man (I believe owner) and all he said was sorry. I did not go intondetail because there were clients behind me and I did not want to speak negatively in front of them. Once I left I was so upset after my daughter told me. I called and discussed it in detail with another lady (Amber) Amber listened and was apologetic and rescheduled us for the next day. The ladies they scheduled us with were amazing. She did the deep tissue and walked on my back. I came out being able to move. My daughter had a wonderful experience the second time for her prenatal nassage. They use pillows and side massage not special table but it was a great experience. my opinion New masseuse should be trained and floor ready after they have completed hours of hands on. Otherwise just make sure you ask for an experienced masseuse. The team is courteous and we had head massages the first time that were exceptional. Lily was the masseuse we used the first time and was phenomenal. I will definitely return.

My daughters got me a one hour massage, plus a one hour head spa with Glo. She did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend. The head spa was new to me, but was a wonderful addition to the over all pampering I got. Glo’s calm and peaceful presence along with her skills made for an amazing experience. My only regret is that I do not live in Phoenix and cannot do this on a regular basis.

This place is the best! Don’t waste your money going to chain massage places. They truly care about you and your health/wellness. Feel like a million bucks every time I leave. GLO is amazing!
